How the science of wondr is proven to predict mood & energy levels two days in advance.

  • October 14, 2022

Imagine if you could know on Monday how your day is likely to go on Wednesday? That's what we were are able to do using Immersion.  Check out this peer-reviewed, published research on how we can predict mood & energy level for people.

Continuous Neurophysiologic Data Accurately Predict Mood and Energy in the Elderly

In fancy science language, what the study shows is the following:

"Two-day lagged hourly neurophysiologic data predicted low mood and low energy with 98% and 96% accuracy. This study demonstrates that continuous measurement of neurophysiologic variables may be an effective way to reduce the incidence of mood disorders in vulnerable people by identifying when interventions are needed."

This is pretty remarkable.

In practical application, this science is used by wondr to help identify when a team is most likely to flourish, and when they need some support from leadership.

If you knew your team was likely to struggle later this week, what would you do different?
